By accessing or using Gammy.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Australia.

2. Nature of Service

Gammy.app provides an AI-powered essay feedback tool designed for GAMSAT Section 2 preparation.

Disclaimer: Gammy.app is an educational tool. While it is designed by Igor Subasic de Azevedo - a medical student and Section 2 expert tutor who scored 80+ on GAMSAT S2 - we do not guarantee specific test scores or admission into medical school.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to use Gammy.app to:

Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
Share account access with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The Gammy.app platform, including its design and algorithms, is the property of Igor Subasic de Azevedo. You retain full ownership of the original text of your essays. We do not use your essays to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model. Your essays are stored securely so that you can access your submission history and track your progress over time. You may request deletion of your essays at any time by contacting us at legal@gammy.app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gammy.app and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Victoria.
